La disposición adicional undécima de la Ley 22/2015, de 20 de julio, de Auditoría de Cuentas (“Ley de Auditoría de Cuentas”) introducida por la Ley de StartUps y en transposición de la Directiva (UE) 2021/2101, estableció la obligación de publicar determinada información relativa al Impuesto sobre Sociedades para los ejercicios económicos iniciados a partir del 22 de junio de 2024. Esta información también es conocida como el Informe país-por-país público (o Country-by-Country report público).
