SHUTON manufactures high-precision single, compact or double nut ballscrews, with optional internal or external recirculation, with a wide range of possibilities, with diameters ranging from 16mm to 120mm and leads from 4mm to 80mm.
SHUTON COMPLEX ballscrews is our response to the growing need of the machine tool industry for high-dynamic and high-load ballscrews. This new technology is used in double-nut ballscrews with external recirculation and lead 10 or greater. SHUTON COMPLEX ballscrews are ballscrews with the highest dynamic stiffness, and have been approved by leading European high-dynamics machine tool manufacturers.

Ballscrews according to ball recirculation system.
- Internal Recirculation "S": Every ball circuit is independent, and has its own S-shaped deflector, which lets the ball go over the crest of the screw.
- External Recirculation "U": The return of the balls is through the recirculating tube with the only aid of the two U-shaped deflectors.
